Pilates FITT is an athletically paced group apparatus class that provides a challenging & effective full-body workout for experienced students. The name references the key principles of training: Frequency, Intensity, Time, & Type. In this class we, mix things up to keep you in shape and on top of your game.
Juicy Joints is a small group apparatus class which incorporates gentle mobilization & strength training exercises targeting feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders. Take this class to keep your joints healthy, prevent injuries, and/or stay active after graduating from physical therapy.
Springboards, arcs, magic circles, foam rollers, elastic bands, small balls, and more may be utilized during these classes.
*Due to limited availability, purchase private sessions after we connect to insure there is room on the schedule.
