Pilates-4-Moms is a small group equipment class that works the whole body, yet focuses on key areas such as the pelvic floor, abs, triceps, and glutes. 

Juicy Joints 

Mondays 12:00-1:00pm

Juicy Joints is a small group equipment class that focuses on gentle mobilization & strength training exercises. Great for seniors! 

Small Group Classes (4 Students Max)

Springboards, arcs, magic circles, foam rollers, elastic bands, small balls, and more may be utilized during these classes.

Drop-in $38 / Pay-Per-Month $35/class

Private Sessions

Private Sessions are the ideal way to learn the Pilates method. We are each unique inside and out, have different learning styles, fitness levels, and movement experience. Private sessions offer you individualized programing, cuing, and training from an expert in the field to meet your needs. 

In addition, at Bali Body Pilates studio, a private session means exactly that, the entire studio is reserved just for you. At BBP we value quality over quantity in both our movement and business practices. In an industry where large group classes are becoming the norm, come enjoy the unique opportunity to learn in a private setting, with a comprehensively trained instructor, in an environment free of distractions.
