Optimizing Shoulder Stability, Mobility, and Function (FREE Online Workshop)

Optimizing shoulder stability, mobility, and function is vital to overall body consonance, and a gift that lasts a lifetime once you have mastered the methods. In this course, you will gain a diverse tool kit of exercises and training tips that I have honed over my extensive career as a trained dancer, Yoga instructor, and Pilates instructor on the University, College, and studio level. These techniques can be used for yourself or with your clients right away, no matter what fitness level. Together, we will look at how the shoulder can be categorized as two “pieces”, and how you can learn to teach these pieces to work together in optimal unison. We will also review the critical importance of why it is sometimes necessary to focus on remote parts of the body before working directly with the shoulders. As we learn deeper techniques to support that practice, we will also refresh our understanding of shoulder training protocols. · A multi-sensory approach to manageably and intuitively breaking down shoulder training
· Learning to teach the individual parts of the shoulder to work together harmoniously
